Email: Ezaby.Complaint@elezabypharmacy.com Terms & Condition of Using Credit/Debit Card facility Please read the following terms of use and disclaimers carefully before using Credit/Debit Card • All debit/credit cards issued from all over the world based banks are accepted. • International cardholders using the Service may incur their own bank’s international service fees, in addition to the merchant service fee. • Once a payment has been made it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept any responsibility for refusal or reversal of payments, which shall be a matter between you and your credit card issuer. • If the customer wants to cancel order after payment confirmation, he shall call 19600 to proceed the cancelation. • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. • Customers using the Credit/Debit Cards facility are requested to be available on their respective contact numbers. • Credit/Debit Cards used in placing orders through the online payment gateway on El Ezaby applications must belong to the user. Otherwise, the user must attain the legal permission from the card owner to perform the transaction. • The customer is entirely liable for placing an order using the Credit/Debit Cards facility after carefully reading all the terms & conditions. • We have no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the Mobile App during the use of the Service or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond our control. • Return Policy • Return or replacement is done within 14 days from the date of the invoice. • Return or replacement is done by showing the purchasing invoice from the same branch. • You must keep the barcode label on the package. • All products must be in an external and internal condition allows it to be resold again. • In order to preserve the quality of the drug and for the sake of the health of the patient, drugs of refrigerator are reserved at 2C to 8C degree and cannot be replaced or returned and not subjected to the previous items. • Drugs disbursed to customers of insurance companies are not replaced or returned. • Please keep the invoice in case of replacement or returns within 14 days • Drugs of refrigerator are not returned or replaced • Refunds • • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned • Item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. • • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). • • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
